Hello and welcome
to our Village website, I hope you enjoy exploring the information available
about our lovely Village of Great Ouseburn. I have been the Vicar here since
May 2006, so my husband and I are just nicely settled here and beginning to
find our way around.
As you look through
the pages of Great Ouseburn website, I hope you will have a good look at our
beautiful Church, St Mary the virgin, a lovely peaceful spot in the midst of
Village life, a place for prayer and reflection, and a constant reminder of the
fact that God is always with us, even in the midst of our busy lives.
So if you are
visiting out Village, please take time to look around our Church, pause for a
moment to enjoy the peace and tranquillity, and to say a prayer as people have
done here for generations,
