Minutes Post AGM
R Kay, C Brown, A Tankard, B Thompson, J Ellis, D Burton, D McKenzie, S White, K Scott, M Williams. There were also 5 in the audience.

Post AGM the new committee gathered to elect members to the various posts within the committee.
RJK asked the new committee who was prepared to stand for the role of Chairman.
Paul Thompson (who was not present) had written to the secretary to confirm he was willing to stay on in that post.

Vice Chairman asked who was willing to stand for Treasurer.

Anne Tankard offered her services as it dovetailed in with treasurer’s role.
Margaret Williams Proposed Don McKenzie Seconded.
Vice Chairman asked who was willing to stand for Secretary.

Vice Chairman asked if there were any other groups, which
should be represented by having a person Co-opted onto the committee.
RK proposed David Dwight from Great Ouseburn Football Club. Keith Scott seconded.
The new Great Ouseburn Village Hall Committee for April 2006-April 2007 is as detailed below.

Vice asked if there was any further questions.
Eric Bryant and Andrew Wells representing the Cricket Club asked about proposed developments / extensions to the village hall as the cricket club now has a very large membership and needs some additional facilities. RK outlines ideas the committee had been discussing and thought it would useful if the they both could attend the next meeting to establish the cricket clubs exact needs.
There was no further questions
and the vice chairman brought the meeting to a close @ 8.30 pm.
