GREAT OUSEBURN PARISH

Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Wednesday 16^th May 2007 at 7.30 p.m.

in the Village Hall, Great Ouseburn.

Present: Mr K Scott (Chairman of the Parish Council) and 10 local electors.

In Attendance: Mrs Z Hopps.

1. Minutes. The minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 17^th May 2006 having been previously circulated were approved and signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

2. Annual Report of the Parish Council.

2.1. Chairman’s Report. The Chairman presented his report detailing the work of the Council during the year, and identified areas of work for the year ahead. (Copy appended to the minutes).

2.2. Finance. The Clerk presented an unaudited summary of the Council’s Annual Accounts for 2006/2007, copies having been distributed to all those present.

3. Other Items raised by Electors. There were no items raised by local electors.

4. Next meeting. The next Annual Parish Meeting was confirmed for Wednesday 14^th May 2008.

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 7.40 p.m.
